Support
As an eAlarm administrator, you have the option of setting yourself up as an internal support and contact point for eAlarm in the system. Your internal contact details are displayed to other users under “Help - Support”.
Enter your own contact details and instructions under “Admin” - “Internal support center”.
Note: If you do not enter your own text, a standard text message is displayed to the co-user, which refers them to their internal support centre.
