Info-SMS
As soon as subscribers, groups and roots have been selected and the “Info SMS”.
button has been clicked, the “Info SMS” screen opens.
When sending an “Info-SMS”, the SMS cannot be acknowledged by the recipient. This is also why the “Status” tab does not provide any feedback about Info SMS sent. Unlike the SMSprio alert, the “Info SMS” is treated like a normal SMS.
As soon as the subscribers have been selected and an alert text has been entered, the “Send Info” button (bottom right) turns red:
The info SMS can now be sent to the selected subscribers.
Alert to
- Direct: Enter a new mobile number; it does not have to be stored in the system.
- Name: Enter a name to search for an existing subscriber. The filter function displays all subscribers who match the name entered, after which the subscribers can be individually selected.
- Alert list: If you have already selected subscribers/groups in the “Create alert” menu, you can select them directly using “Alert list”
and then display/edit them. Important! If you edit your alert list using [edit], your alert text will be lost. Copy the text to your clipboard and
then paste it back in after editing.
Alert text
You must first enter an alert text into the text field (maximum of 3 × 160 characters) before an Info SMS can be sent. You can also define the language of the text here.

Timed alert
Here you can specify whether the Info SMS should be sent immediately or triggered at a later point in time.
