Change

The goal is to make the alert process as simple and clear as possible. As a result, the alert organisation should also have a simple structure in order to ensure that the alert can be triggered as efficiently as possible in an emergency. This means that the alert structure does not absolutely have to follow your organisational structure, but can be chosen according to the alert type or other criteria. Before creating roots, groups and subscriber lists, we recommend first outlining the alert and mobilisation structure to be mapped, as described in the section “Basic concept”, and to check whether they meet the requirements.

The structure of the alert organisation can be created and managed under “Organisational chart / tree view”. This includes, in particular, creating and editing roots and groups as well as allocating participants to the roots/groups.

New subscribers can be entered, changed or deleted along with all of their entries, e.g. alert media, under “List of Subscribers”.

Under “Texts” you create the individual alert texts for the text template for use at a later point in time. The texts can be adapted and managed here.
