Import

Important: Imports were designed for an initial import of data. Specific parameters such as the alert media sequence, parallel alerts, media activation, etc. are not taken into consideration. Imports only support Windows 1250 and UTF-8 formats.

Import/database import

Here you can re-import any data records created or modified back into the system. It is important that no changes have been made to the file names and column designations and that you comply with the appropriate conventions.

Dynamic import

Dynamic import lets you import a file created using dynamic export back into the system. It offers a fast, easy way to fill the database with subscribers, especially when performing an initial import. For this, click on the “Select files” button and select the file “import.csv”. The file will appear in the table. You can remove files by clicking on the delete icon .

Then click on “Transmit” .

If the import was successful, this is indicated in the “Status” column and any changes made to the data records are listed.

Excel CSV

You can import other databases in this menu. For this, click on the “Select files” button and select the corresponding file. The file will appear in the table. You can remove files by clicking on the delete icon .

Then click on “Transmit” . If the import was successful, the word “upload” is displayed in the “Status” column and any changes made to the data records are listed.
