• New features

  • Alert medium in conference templates:
    • Selecting the alarm medium in conference templates : The various alarm mediums (voice only) can now be selected/deselected individually in the conference templates (as is also possible in alarm templates). In the triggered conference, only the mediums that are defined as conference mediums are output.
      By default, all alarms mediums are selected in the conference template.

• Optimizations

  • Technical optimization of eAlarm component:
    • Place objects in the root : Under "Mutation/Organisational chart Tree view", all objects can now be freely placed in the root (including deployment plan groups).
  • Various technical optimizations to eAlarm components without impact on customers.
  • Refactoring of the older code.

• Corrections

  • Various technical corrections to eAlarm components:
    • Keyword !name! in alarm SMS : If the keyword !name! is used in the alarm text, the alarm SMS will again contain the name of the subscriber.
    • Scrolling participant list: Under "Mutation/List of subscribers" the scrolling directly in the window behaved differently than on the scroll wheel of the mouse. The behavior has been corrected and scrolling is now consistent.
    • Sorting in serial-vertical groups: Now you can also sort/place participants in serial-vertical groups as a co-user (with mutation rights) under "Mutation/ Organisational chart Tree view" by drag and drop.
    • Further corrections to eAlarm components with no impact on customers.
