- Help – Support
- Support: Under the “Help” menu item, you will find the previous help section under “Instructions”. The “Support” menu item has been added. As an eAlarm administrator, you have the option of setting yourself up as an internal support and contact point for eAlarm in the system. Your internal contact details are displayed to other subusers under “Help - Support”. Further information can be found under “Help – Manual” in the menu item “Admin – Support”.

- Technical optimization of eAlarm component:
- Protocols and alert logs: When downloading alert and conference protocols and alert logs directly in the GUI, the timestamp of the download time was inserted into the file name. This has been corrected. Now, the alert name is used, or the conference name plus the conference time is used for conferences.
- PDF download alert templates: The PDFs that can be downloaded under “Mutation - Alert templates” did not include the sender number and the correct specification of the abort criteria for the alert options. This information has been added.
- Session Log: The Accesslog was renamed to Session Log. The column Logout (Date/Time) was added. The table must be rebuilt and rewritten with the new date field.
