• New features

  • Scenarios
    • Scheduled scenarios: You now have the option of starting scenarios at a later point in time. Such scheduled scenarios are, if they have not yet been triggered, stored under “Status - scheduled alerts” and can be deleted there. _Please note that scheduled scenarios are always triggered in the configuration in which they were saved under “Mutation – Manage alert scenarios” (changes made during the triggering of alarms are not taken into account for scheduled scenarios). Furthermore, only objects that are active at the selected triggering time are taken into account.

• Optimizations

  • Technical optimization of eAlarm component:

    • Scheduled alerts: Scheduled alerts are triggered in the state that is current at the selected time of triggering (e.g. subsequently modified alert templates are triggered with the changes). It should be noted that changed options are not adopted when scheduling alerts. Furthermore, only objects that are active at the selected trigger time are taken into account.

    • Scheduled conferences: Scheduled conferences are triggered in the state that is current at the selected trigger time (e.g. conference templates that have been subsequently changed are triggered with the changes).

  • Various technical optimizations of eAlarm components without impact on customers.
  • Refactoring of older code.

• Corrections

  • Various technical corrections to eAlarm components:
    • Flash SMS: Under certain circumstances, defined flash SMS were sent as normal SMS. This has been corrected.
  • Further corrections to eAlarm components without impact on customers.

• Security updates

  • Regular security patching.

• Infrastructure

  • Technical optimizations of telephone servers, without impact on customers.
