Delivery staticstics

Use the “Delivery statistics” to generate traffic and cost evaluations based on various criteria.

Filter options:

• Month: Statistics for a specific month (e.g. December 2017)
• from/to: Statistics for a specific period of time (e.g. from 21.12.2017, noon, to 21.12.2017, 6.00 p.m.)
• Media: Statistics for specific alert media (e.g. SMS, phone call, pager)
• Subuser: Statistics for specific users (e.g. main users)
• Category: Statistics for certain types of alerts (e.g. alert, info SMS, conference)
• Process: Filter by specific keywords (e.g. name of an alert, conference number)

The following example shows all alerts containing the word ‘Demo in the name which were sent by SMS in the month of June:

After the corresponding events are listed, you will receive a cost summary. You can also download the selected statistics as a CVS log file or open a version to print on a new page.
