Closed Conferences

Once the conference has been closed, a conference log file and a cost analysis will be placed on the “Status” tab under “Closed Conferences”. The entire conference process is summarised in various reports. These can then be sent out by e-mail.

The table shows the following from left to right:

  • Conference: The conference number.
  • Dispatcher: Who triggered the conference?
  • Scheduled: When was the conference scheduled to take place?
  • Started: When was the conference started?
  • Closed: When was the conference closed?
  • Function: Available functions and reports for the respective conference.

Funktionen

1. Conference report pdf

You will receive a complete log file of the conference in PDF format.

It contains the following information:

  • Conference name, trigger, start and end time including the precise date and time

  • Conference options: Was the conference a first responder? Was the conference started in response to a trigger? The options can be configured in the conference template.

  • Units alerted (the numbers show how many subscribers are assigned to the group and how many of them were alerted)

  • Detailed list of subscribers incl. time stamps. Refer to the legend for an explanation of symbols and timestamps

  • Summary of the dispatch/traffic volume generated

  • Media that report an error, e.g. wrong numbers

2. Billing report cost

You will receive an overview of costs incurred in PDF format.

3. Report by e-mail mail

A window opens where any e-mail address can be entered. The conference log file is then sent to this address.
